Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing complete, accurate delivery coordinates and contact numbers. If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information, no refund can be issued.

Perishables Transit: Flowers and fresh confectionery are dispatched in temperature-controlled spaces to maintain optimal quality.
Our return and cancellation guidelines are strictly segmented based on the nature of the product:
Perishable Items Policy (Flowers & Chocolates):
Orders containing fresh flower arrangements, chocolates, or edible gift sets cannot be cancelled or refunded once preparation has begun. Damage claims must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
Non-Perishable Items Policy (Jewelry, Mugs, Perfumes):
Unused physical items in their original, untampered packaging with security tags intact can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
We support multiple payment channels including secure online credit/debit card processing and mobile banking transfers. All online transactions are encrypted via industry-standard secure gateway partners.
In no event shall Rosa Lover & Gift Center, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. In all events, our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific order in question.
